TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Payment must be received in full before I begin working on the commission.2. Payment must be made via Paypal or Stripe. Any information provided by the service is strictly confidential between me and the client.3. I do not offer refunds unless I am unable to complete the work.4. Turnaround varies depending on the type of commission and my current queue, but rush delivery may be available at an additional price. Please inquire if interested.5. Please credit me as Alcorica and by linking to my website.6. I retain the copyright to my work, and as such, may display the completed commission on social media and on my website.7. You may commission work that includes copyrighted characters (i.e. fan art), but I am not responsible for any DMCA claims that may result.8. You may commission a third party to animate work commissioned from me, but please credit me for the original artwork.9. I reserve the right to refuse any commission.10. By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed on this page.
COMMISSION PROCESS
1. Contact me to discuss and confirm your order.2. Once your order is confirmed, I will send you an invoice via your choice of Stripe or Paypal.3. Once the full payment has been received, I will begin working on your commission.4. I will send a sketch to you for revisions and approval before the commission is colored.5. Only minor revisions can be made after the commission is colored. If a sizable revision is requested that requires a new drawing, then an additional 100% of the original price will be charged.6. Completed commissions will be sent to you via your preferred method of contact.
USAGE POLICY
1. By default, commissions are offered with commercial licenses for digital use only. This means you may use the completed work on streams, in videos, and on social media.2. Commissions may not be printed or sold as merchandise. Please contact me at [email protected] to discuss commercial use for print or for merchandising.3. Commissions may not be resold to a third party.4. Commissions may not be used for AI or NFT purposes.
